For Kimberly’s employer clients, this includes advising on day-to-day HR issues, such as supporting with tricky grievance and disciplinary matters, managing sickness absence, poor performance and redundancy procedures, as well as successfully negotiating employee exits.
Kimberly regularly advises senior individuals by assisting them to negotiate important contractual protections, guiding them through HR processes and providing legal and tactical advice on negotiated exits and settlement agreements.
Kimberly has experience in advising both employers and employees in respect of complex employment tribunal litigation, including claims of discrimination and whistleblowing.
Kimberly also has experience in supporting on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including advising on TUPE.
