Naomi joined Fox Williams’ employment team as an associate in July 2024. She advises both employers and individuals on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR related issues. This includes complex grievances, performance and disciplinary processes, internal and independent investigations, exit negotiations, terms of employment, restructures and redundancies.

Naomi also acts for both employer and individual clients in employment tribunal litigation and has experience of handling unfair dismissal, discrimination and Equal Pay claims.
