Nazim has experience of advising on a range of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate law matters including joint ventures, services agreements, insurance business arrangements (including Lloyd’s), shareholders’ agreements and constitutional documents. Nazim has experience of advising a range of clients such as private equity and entrepreneurs to larger corporations in different sectors, including the insurance sector and Lloyd’s.
Nazim completed his training contract at sector-focused international law firm Holman Fenwick Willan LLP (HFW), qualifying into the corporate insurance team in March 2014.
Nazim joined Fox Williams in May 2020.
