He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is appointed as arbitrator by some of the major institutions including the London Court of International Arbitration and the President of the Law Society. He brings a keen analytical approach with robust case management skills.
Peter is a widely published author, commentator and lecturer, including the Handbook on International Commercial Arbitration published by Juris Publishing of New York in 2014; the Guide to the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration and the Guide to the IBA Guidelines on Party Representation in International Arbitration, both published by Cambridge University Press in early 2013 and mid-2016 respectively. He is writing A Guide to the IBA Guidelines on Conflict of Interest in International Arbitration, with publication anticipated in 2021.
