Phillip has over 25 years’ experience in acting for overseas investors into the London real estate market, primarily from the Middle East and Far East. A great deal of his work involves advising on ownership structures. He also has particular expertise in large scale development matters, as well as in acting for hotel owners in acquisitions, disposals and management agreements.
He has acted on the acquisition and development agreements for a number of significant developments in Central London and acts on behalf of developers in strategic and complex land acquisitions.

Phillip regularly travels to the Middle East and the Far East on business and has spoken on London real estate investment at international conferences and events.
He is a member of the firm’s partnership board, taking an active role in the day to day management and strategic direction of the firm.
Acted for the developer in connection with a site assembly and development agreement with a London Borough authority for a significant regeneration of a mixed-use development within the Old Kent Road regeneration area.
Acted on behalf of a hotel owner in negotiations with a major hotel operator for management agreements to facilitate the long-term management of a major hotel asset in Southern Spain.
Acted for a Premier League football club in connection with a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
Acted on behalf of a national housebuilder in connection with the strategic acquisition of a development site redesignated under the Local Plan and acquired on an unconditional basis, having due regard to future planning, access and development requirements.
