Sacha is an immigration lawyer with many years of practical experience working with clients in a wide variety of sectors.  As a result she has extensive experience in all aspects of UK business immigration and nationality law, and provides tailored assistance across all areas of UK immigration to both organisations and individuals.

She covers all aspects of UK business immigration and nationality law, and provides tailored advice, assistance and solutions to both organisations and individuals. This includes providing compliance training and audit services for sponsors.

Her work with businesses includes sponsor licence applications, with a focus on Skilled Workers, the recently introduced Global Mobility business routes as well as Temporary Workers and students.

She is adept at assisting those seeking to come to the UK via non-sponsored routes including arranging Global Talent, Innovator and Start-up visas. She also handles immigration applications under new routes such as the Scale-Up route, as well as assisting those seeking discretionary leave outside of the Immigration Rules.

Sacha has experience in strategic immigration planning for large organisations and assists international assignment departments and human resource managers in developing global mobility policy, advising as regards the obligations now imposed on employers and individuals to ensure compliance.

She advises corporations and individuals on the development of immigration policy and is adept at advising businesses and individuals on how to stay ahead, to ensure they continue to be able to attract talent from overseas. She has written and spoken extensively on the subject, and regularly hosts training sessions on global mobility issues for multinational companies.
