As a real estate paralegal, Skarlet assists in commercial and residential real estate transactions. She has experience working with both freehold and leasehold properties, conducting land registry searches, assisting with the preparation of key transactional documents and attending to post-completion matters.

Before joining Fox Williams, Skarlet previously worked at Macfarlanes LLP as a planning law paralegal. Skarlet has three years of experience in real estate having worked at Harbottle & Lewis LLP as a real estate paralegal.

Skarlet graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2020 after completing her LLB Law degree.
