Sujina Khatun joined Fox Williams’ employment team as an associate in March 2023. She advises both employers and individuals on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR related issues.

For her employer clients, Sujina advises on the day-to-day HR issues, including advising on complex grievances and disciplinary matters, managing long-term sickness absence, senior employee exits and redundancy processes. Sujina has also acted as an independent investigator on a high profile investigation looking into sexual harassment and bullying in the workplace.

Sujina advises her individual clients on negotiating the terms of their employment, redundancies, contentious exit negotiations and settlement agreements. She has particular experience in advising clients on discrimination claims.
