Tolu Ojo-Williams regularly advises on a variety of transactions including asset backed lending, debt capital markets, projects (renewable energy) finance and corporate refinancings. Tolu also has experience providing corporate and regulatory advice to clients in relation to these financing arrangements. Tolu advises a range of clients including lending platforms, financial institutions and corporates at all stages of their lifecycle.

Prior to joining Fox Williams as an associate in February 2022, Tolu trained and qualified at a Magic Circle law firm based in London. Tolu is a member of the fintech and financial services sector group.
