Polly is a fourth seat trainee solicitor at Fox Williams LLP and is currently sitting in Dispute Resolution, having previously sat in Commerce and Technology, Employment and Real Estate.

During her training contract, Polly has worked on a variety of contentious matters for various corporate and individual clients including preparations for High Court proceedings, managing cases through the IPEC small claims track and preparing for and attending Employment Tribunals. As a paralegal, Polly also has further experience in managing the client onboarding process and compliance issues.

Polly graduated from the University of Brighton with a first class degree in Law with Business and studied the LPC at BPP University part time during her training contract which she completed in August 2018. Whilst at University, Polly was appointed to the SU Board of Governors as a Trustee and was involved in matters of finance allocation and the review of proposed initiatives for the University’s 21,000 strong student population.

Polly joined the firm in 2016 as a paralegal shortly after graduating and has completed summer internships at Addleshaw Goddard (Intellectual Property), DMH Stallard (Banking Disputes), Memery Crystal (Real Estate) and Enterprise Rent-a-Car (Legal and Contracts Intern).
