Since 2021, Fox Williams has proudly partnered with UpReach, an organisation dedicated to enhancing social mobility. Through this partnership, we provide mentorship and valuable insight days to students aspiring to enter the legal profession. Our collaboration with UpReach exemplifies our dedication to nurturing the next generation of legal professionals.
Currently, we have 11 dedicated Fox Williams team members serving as mentors to UpReach students. These mentors play a crucial role in supporting the professional development of these students, providing guidance, and sharing their valuable insights into the legal world.
Recognising the importance of diversity within our mentorship programmes, we have joined UpReach in the launch of their new mentorship programme. The programme aims to connect UpReach team members from ethnic minority backgrounds with professional mentors who share similar ethnic backgrounds. Currently, we have four Fox Williams mentors ready to support and guide UpReach members on this exciting journey.
As part of our commitment to the growth and development of UpReach mentees, Fox Williams hosts annual Insight Days. During these events, mentees gain valuable insights into our firm, our practice areas, and our legal team. Furthermore, they have the opportunity to enhance their legal skills through group tasks, where they are assessed by mentors and other associates actively involved in the process.
