Our partners and more experienced colleagues proactively support and invest their time in the growth of others.

From day one and from the most junior level up, you will work with partners, senior colleagues as well as clients to develop knowledge quickly and get a comprehensive understanding of the commercial realities facing our clients.

Outside of our day jobs

One of our core principles is to be a friendly firm with a sociable, supportive culture. We like to get to know one another on a personal level and have a series of organised events as well as social clubs including:

  • An active netball team as well as seasonal football and cricket matches. We have a fortnightly lunchtime running club and a monthly book club
  • Our Social and Charity Committee ensures we have an active fundraising programme each year. Firm wide events such as The Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge are hugely popular and help raise significant amounts of money for charity. This year’s chosen charity is REFUGE.
  • Volunteering: We encourage and provide opportunities to our staff to volunteer for projects which are important to them through offering half a day per quarter (two days per year) out of the office to spend with charities of their choice.

Staff wellbeing: We have a wide-ranging programme of events to raise awareness of the importance of mental, physical and financial well-being and optimal nutrition awareness.

Working parents: We understand the need for parents to balance family obligations and we have matched our enhanced shared parental pay with our enhanced maternity pay.
