Diversity and inclusion purpose at Fox Williams

All regulated firms, regardless of size, are required by the SRA to collect, report and publish data about the diversity make-up of their workforce every two years. The information gathered every two years helps to inform our diversity and inclusion priorities. We have decided to include our year-on-year comparison to illustrate the changing demographics of the firm.
