Dana joined the Intellectual Property team at Fox Williams in February 2024, having worked in private practice since 2008.

She has experience representing clients at various points of their growth, from starts-ups to multinational corporations, across various sectors such as fintech, real estate, accountancy, media, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, fashion and beauty.

Dana advises clients in relation to all aspects of trade mark clearance searches, filing strategy, prosecution, trade mark enforcement, exploitation of rights and IP registry disputes. She is also experienced in negotiating settlement matters and trade mark agreements.
