I am Head of HR Operations at Fox Williams. I work with the team to deliver everything from onboarding new joiners to payroll, benefits, appraisals, and regulatory legal compliance for our lawyers. I am also responsible for the trainee programme as part of our strategy to hire the best future talent and support them to play a key role as part of our growing firm. I am passionate about fostering great working relationships and ensuring HR is a safe place to talk about anything.”

Having worked in the banking industry for over 25 years, Liz joined HR at Fox Williams as a second career and a career change. She has a wealth of experience in team management and process improvements, and brings her enthusiasm for people and for working to deliver great HR practices at Fox Williams.
