Appearing in City A.M’s Ask the Experts section, Jane was faced with the problem of an employee passed over for promotion, unfairly in the employee’s eyes.  Jane advised on the process of finding out the cause of not being promoted and the steps to be followed if the conclusion is that there is a case for discrimination or unfair dismissal.
