FW advised Daniel Stewart and Company Plc (“Daniel Stewart”), in its role as Nominated Adviser and Broker to Pathfinder Minerals Plc (“Pathfinder”), on the acquisition of IM Minerals Limited (“IM”) through a reverse takeover, a placing of shares and warrants in Pathfinder and the subsequent admission of the enlarged share capital to AIM.
Pathfinder’s strategy is to acquire mainly significant minority interests in both listed and unlisted companies that the directors believe represent opportunities within the natural resources sectors, with a focus on Central Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Admission became effective, and trading in the ordinary shares of Pathfinder commenced, on 10 February 2011.
