FW advised Jonas Software, a subsidiary of its longstanding Toronto-listed client Constellation Software Inc. on its acquisition of Fitronics Limited (trading as The Retention People (“TRP”)).

TRP uses detailed market research to drive product development into solutions, processes and training packages to improve the customer experience, creating promoters of fitness & leisure brands and increasing customer loyalty.
