Fox Williams acted for the shareholders of Tomorrow Communications Limited (“TCL”) on their sale of the entire issued share capital of TCL to CACI Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NYSE-listed CACI International Inc. CACI Ltd is a leading supplier of IT solutions and telecoms consultancy services in the UK and Europe. The transaction completed on 1 February 2012.
TCL is an award-winning, fast-growing, UK based consultancy specialising in providing network design, data centre and managed services to large enterprise accounts in the financial services, online gaming and media industries.
