Publicly quoted companies are not limiting capital raising options or strategic acquisitions to their home markets and are increasingly assessing the benefits of listing, or acquiring companies listed, on a second market abroad to gain access to capital. Companies already listed, along with their nominated advisers, often have many questions and concerns arising from the dual listing process, acquiring listed companies and navigating multiple regulatory regimes which can sometimes be conflicting.

City firm Fox Williams and Australian law firm Minter Ellison are pleased to invite you to our Spring seminar where we will be addressing some of the common concerns and issues which typically arise for companies which have or which are seeking dual listings with a focus on AIM, TSX (including TSXVenture) and ASX. At the end of the seminar there will be an opportunity to raise questions either in the open Q&A session or privately afterwards.

The seminar will be of particular interest to companies listed on one or more of the AIM, TSX or ASX exchanges, or listed companies considering gaining access to additional capital and/or making strategic acqusitions from overseas markets, nominated advisers and other professionals involved in dual listings.
