Fox Williams acted for Tennants Consolidated Limited (“Tennants”), a leading UK privately held group engaged in the manufacture and sale of chemicals and chemical products, on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Dynea Ireland Limited from Dynea Chemicals OY and of the business carried on in Mold, Flintshire by Dynea UK Limited. The transaction was completed on 18 December 2013. Following the acquisition, Dynea Ireland was renamed Marinochem Limited.
