Fox Williams acted for the American subsidiary of ActiveStandards, the leading quality management platform for enterprise websites, in its purchase of the business of WelchmanPierpoint LLC, a renowned provider of digital governance services based in the United States. The transaction was completed on 7 January 2013.
The owner of WelchmanPierpoint LLP, Lisa Welchman, has also joined ActiveStandards and will work for its Professional Services Division. Lisa is regarded as a leader within the digital governance sector.
