Fox Williams recently advised the shareholders of Talent Q International Limited (“Talent Q”) on the sale of its entire issued share capital to Hay Group Investment Holdings BV (“Hay Group”).
Talent Q is a specialist global management consultancy firm registered in Malta which operates through two UK subsidiaries and one Maltese subsidiary. It designs innovative online psychometric assessments, training and consultancy, to help organisations make better, more informed decisions about their people.
Talent Q has offices covering over 50 countries and assessments in over 40 languages, and delivers assessment, training and consultancy solutions to clients across the world.
