City law firm Fox Williams LLP is delighted to announce the arrival of two senior partner hires. Andrew Woolf joins the Corporate group from Irwin Mitchell where he was Head of Corporate in the London office and Phillip Hope joins from Dentons and will become head of the Fox Williams Real Estate team.
Andrew Woolf has a keen interest in the financial services and technology sectors. His appointment further strengthens Fox Williams’ growing profile as a specialist advisor to companies operating in these sectors. Andrew has vast experience of advising on both domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of fundraising, including private equity and venture capital. Drawing on his experience as an in-house lawyer and a corporate financier he is able to provide his clients with comprehensive legal and commercial solutions.
Phillip Hope will head–up Fox Williams’ Real Estate team where he will further develop its international strategy. Phillip specialises in advising individual and corporate clients on the investment, acquisition and development of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on advising overseas clients investing in the London market. In addition, he has considerable experience in regeneration schemes for which he advises a number of government agencies and local authorities. Phillip also acts for hospitality and leisure clients in relation to acquisitions, disposals and ongoing management arrangements.
