FW recently advised Jonas Software (“Jonas”), a division of TSX-listed Constellation Software Inc., on the acquisition of Show Data Systems Limited (“SDS”) and Interchange Communications Limited (“ICL”), leading providers of event registration software and services who command a strong presence in the UK trade and exhibition market.
SDS and ICL provide online and front of house registration software and services for consumer, trade and conference events.
Jonas is the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions to the Club, Leisure Fitness & Sports, Salon & Spa, Foodservice, Construction, Attractions, Metal Service Centers, Moving & Storage, Education, Radiology/Laboratory Information Systems, Consumer Product Licensing, and Retail industries.
