Cxense, a Norwegian public company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, provides a suite of products that enables a wide range of businesses to collect, segment, and use audience data all in real-time. Cxense maintains more than 800 million real-time user profiles across more than 250 customers globally.

Andrew Woolf led the Fox Williams team, and was supported by corporate team members, Elliot Cowan, Charlotte Eliasson and Mary Ince.

Andrew Woolf commented “Due to the international nature of Maxifier’s business, this was a complicated transaction and involved coordinating matters in five jurisdictions. I am very pleased that our team executed this challenging transaction with single minded focus, dedication and great skill.”
