Fox Williams acted for Eurovestech Plc and Fieldhelm Limited, the principal shareholders of Maxifier, in relation to the acquisition of Maxifier by Cxense for up to USD 13,694,000 (depending on certain earn out milestones) payable by way of the issue of shares in Cxense.
Maxifier is an ‘ad-tech’ company which provides ad optimisation services. Maxifier is used by publishers, such as Condé Nast, Forbes, The Atlantic, and Bauer Media to visualise and optimise all direct-sold premium advertising. Headquartered in New York, Maxifier has offices and sales teams in the UK and Japan, as well as an R&D function in Russia.
Cxense, a Norwegian public company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, provides a suite of products that enables a wide range of businesses to collect, segment, and use audience data all in real-time. Cxense maintains more than 800 million real-time user profiles across more than 250 customers globally.
