Fox Williams advised MIP UK Limited, the UK subsidiary of MIP Inc., a leading global supplier of high performance reusable healthcare products, on the recent acquisition of Cromptons Healthcare Limited.
Cromptons is a leading supplier of reusable and single use healthcare products, including patient positioning devices and garments, to healthcare facilities and outsourced laundry service providers throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
MIP Inc. is owned by Banyan Capital Partners, a Canadian private equity group, and its senior management team.
Head of Corporate Richie Clark led the Fox Williams team on the transaction, principally assisted by corporate associate Hannah Sensecall. The Fox Williams team also included Paul Taylor and Julia McKendry (banking), Emma Bailey and Shofiq Miah (tax), David Murphy and Daisy Jones (employment) and Elizabeth Ruff and Rebecca Evans (real estate).
