Fox Williamspartner Nigel Miller has earned the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Nigel leads the firm’s technology and data protection group and is currently advising clients on their new obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), undertaking readiness assessments and working with clients on what is required to be compliant with GDPR by May 2018 when it comes into force.
