Fox Williams recently advised Jonas Software (“Jonas”), a division of TSX-listed Constellation Software Inc., on the acquisition of Blayhall Marine Limited (trading as Havenstar Software Solutions Limited “Havenstar”).
Havenstar is an enterprise Marina Management System for managing multiple marina sites including leisure marinas, harbours and waterway operations worldwide. Havenstar offers full multicurrency transaction processing and reporting and the solution is able to link with a wide range of accounting systems and other third party applications. Fully integrated add-on modules include: Dockside Manager mobile solution; Electronic Point of Sale for chandleries, receptions and fuel docks; and Boatyard Manager for handling electricity and water meters.
