Fox Williams recently advised Jonas Software on two separate acquisitions: the acquisition of Corvid PayGate (“PayGate”) and Green 4 Solutions (“Green 4”).
Jonas acquired PayGate in June 2019 from Ultra Electronics plc, a specialist international electrical and electronics engineering company. PayGate is a payment processing software business that provides data validation and services to support automated banking and e-commerce transactions, to help customers efficiently manage their cash flow, reduce costs and deal with emerging industry standards and regulations.
Green 4, a leading provider of CRM, ticketing and data driven marketing solutions to both the sport and recreational leisure sectors, was acquired by Jonas in March 2019. Built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, “Go” is a single platform solution that helps organisations create fantastic relationships with their customers through carefully constructed online journeys and the intelligent use of data. Green 4 provides solutions to; Silverstone Circuit, Hollywood Bowl Group, Chill Factore, Aston Villa FC, Celtic FC, Club Atlético River Plate and other well recognised brands globally.
