Fox Williams recently advised Perry and Lorraine Hubble, the founding shareholders of Euroview Architectural Glass Limited (Euroview), on the sale of their shareholdings by virtue of a management buyout and a subsequent investment via a newco funded in part by SME Alternative Financing DAC.
Euroview is an Essex-based independent supplier of high performance commercial Insulated Glass Units and Fire Glass to the façade and interiors industry in the UK and beyond. SME Alternative Financing DAC is part of BNP Paribas Asset Management’s Private Debt and Real Assets Group, which specialises in corporate lending to SME companies. The investment will support Euroview as it looks to grow its presence in the UK and internationally.
Corporate partner Paul Taylor led the Fox Williams’ team and was assisted by corporate senior associate Sarah Carlton and corporate trainee solicitor Hollie Allen and tax legal director Joanne Varia.
Paul Taylor commented, “This is the third deal that Fox Williams have completed for Perry and the Euroview group, it has been a privilege to act for this group for a number of years”.
Commenting on the deal Perry Hubble, majority shareholder of Tarco Ltd, said “Our thanks to Paul and the team, who were professional and dedicated, as always”.
