Fox Williams has advised global commodities broker ARRACO Global Markets Ltd on a £3.75 million investment by YFM Equity Partners, which will allow the company to continue its rapid expansion including two new international offices in Singapore and Houston.
ARRACO Global Markets was founded in 2015 and has since grown to a team of more than 70 staff across its existing offices in London and Tokyo, through which the company services a range of international clients including energy utilities, global trade houses, shippers and funds.
The Fox Williams team principally comprised corporate partner Andrew Woolf, corporate associate Bethany Silkin and financial services partner Chris Finney.
