Fox Williams LLP acted for Spale Marcinko on the recent acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Moyses Stevens Flowers Limited and on the sale of shares by him in Flower Station Limited.

Moyses Stevens specialises in luxury floral designs and is one of the oldest florists in London, having been established in 1876. It enjoys a royal warrant from HRH The Prince of Wales, has six outlets across the capital and a flourishing floristry studio and school.
