City law firm Fox Williams has today announced five promotions, including one to partner and four to legal director. The promotions take effect from 1 May 2021.

The promotions follow continued growth and expansion at the 37-partner firm.

Fox Williams senior partner Paul Osborne said: “I am enormously proud to announce the promotion of these five lawyers who have successfully developed their careers within the firm.

“Hannah Elliott joins the partnership in our corporate team and will play an important role in managing key client relationships as well as focusing on the growth of our tech and venture capital practices.

“Daisy Jones and Tom Pennington-Hare are each promoted to legal director into our employment practice, while Mardi MacGregor and Sebastian Sayer are each promoted to legal director in our financial services regulatory practice.

“Hannah, Daisy, Mardi, Tom and Sebastian have each made a terrific contribution to the growth of our firm, exemplifying our value of great client service. They demonstrate the values that guide Fox Williams, building friendly, strong relationships and working with integrity and professionalism.

Our partners as well as those in the earlier stages of their careers find it enormously rewarding to see the firm develop and promote such high calibre lawyers from within. We are an ambitious firm and with these five new appointments we will continue to provide our clients with the service and expertise they expect, as well as increase our capacity to respond to changes in our wider markets.”
