Fox Williams advises Lumine Group on the acquisition of Neural Technologies Limited

Fox Williams LLP advised Lumine Group on the recent acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Neural Technologies Limited (“Neural”), a provider of modular revenue protection, signalling, machine learning and artificial intelligence software for telecom operators. Neural’s revenue assurance suite includes capabilities for fraud management, revenue assurance, credit-risk management, business assurance, and anti-money laundering.

Lumine Group is a division of the Volaris Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., focusing on the communications and media vertical market. The Neural acquisition, which completed on 1 June 2021, represents the sixth deal on which Fox Williams has advised Lumine Group, following the acquisitions of Lifecycle Software, MDS Global, the Nokia Video Product business (by Velocix), WDS Mobile and TransMedia Dynamics.

Working closely with Lumine Group Portfolio Counsel Caroline Khachehtoori, the Fox Williams team was led by corporate partner Hannah Elliott, principally assisted by Priya Mattu (corporate) and Emma Bailey and Joanne Varia (tax).
