Fox Williams advises on the sale of Illuminate Publishing to Hodder Education Group

Fox Williams advised the shareholders of Illuminate Publishing (“Illuminate”) on the sale of the entire issued share capital to Hodder Education Group (“Hodder Education”). Fox Williams advised Illuminate, an educational publisher with a focus on exam courses, student books and revision guides, on all aspects of the transaction and tax provisions of the share purchase agreement.

The Fox Williams team comprised corporate partner Mary Elliott, corporate associate Chien-Wei Lui, legal director Joanne Varia (tax) and legal director Daisy Jones (employment).
