This session explored the professional obligations of participants in ADR—arbitrators, mediators, lawyers, experts, third-party funders, and arbitral institutions. Despite ADR’s impressive growth and obvious maturation in recent years, there remain many unanswered questions about the ethical duties and professional conduct those who participate in the various processes.
