Fox Williams advised Tobias Sproehnle, Gareth Parker and Mark Pralle, the founder shareholders of fintech company Moorgate Benchmarks, on the sale of the company to Morningstar.
Moorgate Benchmarks is a global provider of independent investment research including index design, calculation and administration, helping index providers and product issuers to create new products.
Morningstar is a leading provider of independent investment research in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia and offers a number of products and services for financial investors and advisers.
