On Wednesday 23 February, the Fox Williams International Arbitration group hosted the annual Pre-Moot panel debate.
Chaired by Peter Ashford of Fox Williams, we had an exceptionally distinguished panel:
- Professor Denis Mouralis, Aix-Marseille University
- Anneliese Day QC, Fountain Court Chambers
- Lord Wilson of Culworth
The event focused on the procedural issues raised by this year’s Vis Moot Problem and marked the opening of the seventh Fox Williams Pre-Moot, in association with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
