Global Investigations Review has just published the latest edition of its Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations, for which James Carlton, Sona Ganatra and David Murphy of Fox Williams’ dispute resolution and employment teams contributed the chapter on ‘Employee Rights: The UK Perspective.’

The chapter includes details on contractual and statutory employee rights, representation, indemnification and insurance coverage, and privilege concerns for employees and other individuals. You can read the Fox Williams contribution here.

The Practitioner’s Guide covers the issues and risks that arise at every stage in the lifecycle of a serious corporate investigation, from the discovery of a potential problem through its exploration, all the way to final resolution. It is designed for external and in-house counsel, compliance officers and accounting practitioners and is available to view here.
