Fox Williams advised Chris Neo, Neophytos Neophytou and George Neophytou on the sale of Caretower Ltd and its connected company, CT Europe Limited, to a subsidiary of August Equity LLP.
Fox Williams advised on the English law aspects of the deal including corporate, tax, real estate, employment, data protection and intellectual property matters. Caretower, which operates from offices in London and Sofia in Bulgaria is a technology company that provides businesses with security technologies and IT managed services.
The deal was led by Fox Williams senior partner, Paul Osborne and included corporate senior associate, Sarah Carlton, corporate associate Priya Mattu, corporate trainee Claire Bowler; tax partner Emma Bailey; technology partner Nigel Miller; employment legal director Daisy Jones; real estate legal director Rebecca Evans and real estate trainee James Coulthard.

August Equity is a private equity company that invests in small and medium service-oriented enterprises. It has an investment in Integrity360, the largest cyber security specialist in Ireland. As a result of the sale, Caretower and CT Europe will become a Integrity360 company.
