9-13 May 2022
Fox Williams’ dispute resolution team including partners David Butler and Ben Giaretta and legal director Evie Meleagros will be actively demonstrating their support for London International Disputes Week (LIDW) 2022 by hosting and speaking at several panel sessions.
LIDW celebrates London as a leading centre for handling the resolution of international disputes and over the week will welcome dispute resolution professionals from around the globe.
On Thursday 12 May, we are delighted to be hosting a panel discussion at our offices on tackling international fraud from London. The session will be hosted by legal director in our dispute resolution team, Evie Meleagros and will look at the powerful, creative and wide-ranging interim orders that are available in England to parties litigating in this jurisdiction and abroad. On the panel will be Anthony de Garr Robinson QC from One Essex Court, Jennifer Craven from Pinsent Masons, Luke Harrison from Keidan Harrison and Victoria Windle QC from Blackstone Chambers. We look forward to welcoming guests in-person as well those attending virtually.
Co-head of our international arbitration practice Ben Giaretta is a panellist at an event discussing key topics from the world of dispute resolution that are particularly relevant to India.
David Butler, head of our civil fraud group, will take part in a panel discussion on the developments in offshore interim relief in international fraud and asset chases.

LIDW is an opportunity for us to show our commitment to the global dispute resolution community and promote best practice.”
