Fox Williams advises Volaris on the acquisition of Company Watch

Fox Williams advised Volaris Group Inc. (“Volaris”) on its purchase of Company Watch, a financial analytics solution provider that delivers commercial credit reference scoring in the age of big data.

Working closely with Volaris in-house counsel, the Fox Williams team was led by corporate partner Hannah Elliott, principally assisted by corporate associate Stephanie Tsang, employment partner David Murphy, partner and head of tax and incentives Emma Bailey, tax director Joanne Varia, real estate partner Elizabeth Ruff and real estate associate James Leese.
