Fox Williams advised Curated Experiences Ltd on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the Epicurean Club Limited from its owner, Cirrus Inns Limited as well as advising simultaneously on an equity investment from certain investors including Pollinate Networks Limited.
The transactions, which included providing corporate advice on the acquisition and investment and employment advice relating to TUPE transfer of employees, were led by corporate partner Paul Taylor who was supported by corporate associate Stephanie Tsang, employment legal director, Tom Pennington-Hare and employment associate Jessica Ambrose.
