Fox Williams advises on the sale of Libra Financial Management (UK) Ltd to Nicos Rossos Insurance Brokers Limited

Fox Williams advised Angelina Kohli on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Libra Financial Management (UK) Ltd to Nicos Rossos Insurance Brokers Limited (NRIB). The sale completed on 3 February 2022.

Libra are an independent financial advisory company and NRIB are providers of international insurance and one of the leading licensed insurance brokers in Cyprus.

Going forward, Angelina Kohli will remain in her role as managing director of Libra Financial and work together with NRIB’s management team to ensure Libra’s clients are comfortable with this transition and to retain the high level of service and individualised attention that Libra is known for.  

The Fox Williams team provided general M&A advice relating to the share purchase agreement, regulatory advice relating to NRIB’s FCA application and employment advice relating to post-Completion employment arrangements.
