Fox Williams advised Aukett Swanke Group plc on the sale of its interest in John R Harris & Partners Limited to its local management team in the Middle East. Corporate partner Mary Elliott and senior associate Chien-Wei Lui advised on the transaction.
Aukett Swanke is the only AIM listed architectural and interior design practice and has studios worldwide, including in London, Istanbul, Berlin, Frankfurt and Moscow. John R Harris & Partners Limited provides architecture, interior design, engineering, and design and planning consultancy services.
