ISS Securities Class Actions Services, Fox Williams release joint ESG focused White Paper

ISS Securities Class Action Services and Fox Williams have jointly published the White Paper “An investor Roadmap: The Jurisdictional Differences and Impact of ESG in European Shareholder Class Actions.”

The White Paper which is available to download here offers a comprehensive guide to the current landscape of ESG focused class actions in several European jurisdictions.

It covers developments in case law in England, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden and details the progress of several class actions in each of the countries.

The White Paper also highlights the implications for those involved in class actions from defendants to investors and funders, and discusses the opportunities that exist to make it easier for investors to hold companies to account for failures to meet ESG-related standards.

The Fox Williams contributors were partner Andrew Hill and senior associate Anisha Patel, who specialise in UK securities litigation and class actions, and associates Sam Tarrant and Olwen Mair, all who are part of the Fox Williams dispute resolution team.
