Fox Williams advises Adsum Technologies on its fundraising

Fox Williams advised Adsum Technologies Ltd on its multi-million-pound fundraising from investors including venture capital firms Digital Horizon and Episode 1.

The deal which included corporate, employment and tax aspects was led by partner Paul Taylor and included partner and head of tax and incentives Emma Bailey, tax director Joanne Varia, legal director Tom Pennington-Hare, associates Stephanie Tsang, Anjali Aravindhan and Jessica Ambrose.

Adsum is a corporate tax refund specialist whose technology auto-calculates VAT, R&D and Creative Industries tax credits and refunds, from which a credit line is provided. Adsum programmatically calculates and advances (and is repaid by) their users’ their tax credits and refunds.
