About the Fox Williams/CIArb Pre-Moot 2023

The Pre-Moot will take place on the weekend of 25-26 February 2023 and is the eighth time Fox Williams has hosted a Pre-Moot, and the fifth consecutive year it has hosted in association with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

The Fox Williams Pre-Moot is one of the best regarded pre-moots on the global stage and is an important step in preparation for the Vis Moot, which is the biggest commercial arbitration law competition in the world.

Last year’s Pre-Moot welcomed 30 entrants from around the world. The team from the University of Ljubljana were awarded first place. The teams from the University of Ottawa, University of Cambridge and University of Pretoria finished in second, third and fourth places respectively. More information on the 2022 Pre-Moot is available to view.
