We are delighted to announce that Sir Gary Hickinbottom, Tim St Ellam KC and Philippa Charles will be on the panel for the Fox Williams Pre-Moot discussion, taking place at our offices on Thursday 23 February. As is customary, the panel will be discussing the procedural issues raised by this year’s Vis Moot Problem.

If you would like to attend the Pre-Moot debate, please register your interest here.

The event serves as the traditional curtain raiser to the Fox Williams Pre-Moot which is hosted in conjunction with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 February 2023 in London.

The Pre-Moot, which is regarded as one of the best pre-moots on the global stage, serves as preparation for the Vis Moot, the biggest commercial arbitration law competition in the world.

Co-head of Fox Williams’ international arbitration practice, Peter Ashford, who will chair the panel debate says: “We’re delighted to have secured another excellent panel for the Pre-Moot debate and attendees will have the opportunity to hear from some of the most respected arbitration experts. They will bring diverse, interesting and informative insights into the Vis Moot Problem and we all look forward to hearing their observations.”
